How do you get here?

Flying is the fastest and easiest way to reach Romania, though you can also arrive by car (check the border status here), bus or international train.
Since Galați doesn't have its own airport, you'll want to fly into one of these nearby cities and catch a shuttle bus or train:

Taking the train

Once in Romania, the railway system is one of the easiest ways to reach Galați. You can book tickets with the state railway company, CFR Călători or through private operators like TFC and Regio Calatori.
